We accept returns or exchange within 14 days of purchase on full priced items. In order to exchange or refund an item please contact us by email at email@example.com.
- Enclose your receipt, order number, date of purchase, along with a short statement explaining the reason for exchange or refund.
- In case of exchange please specify the item name and size you would like to exchange for.
Our team will contact you immediately and will provide you with a case number, when posting the item back, please ensure that you enclose the case number as well.
It is very important that the item has all tags and labels attached and is in excellent condition. If the items appear worn, used, dirty, damaged, washed or laundered the return policy will not apply.
Brava Body cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.
After receiving the item in good order, we will initiate a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable/payable by Brava Body and is the customer’s full responsibility.
Sale items are final and will not be refunded or exchanged.
